  • Membership is renewed in January of each year.

  • If your membership is not automatically renewed in January of each year, you can log into your Member Area to renew it.

    If your company sponsors your membership, please talk to your HR department about your renewal.

  • An individual seeking support must have been a fully paid member for at least two years prior to the year in which support is requested and must be experiencing a significant change in circumstances during their career to be eligible for the membership support scheme offered by the Institute.

    Applications will be considered from all members who have been made redundant or are on evidenced long-term sick leave.

    As part of the scheme, the Institute will grant you complimentary membership (i.e., at no charge) for a year. If you are a Post-Qualified Member, this complimentary membership will provide full access to our CPD supports and services.

    If you are a Pre-Qualified Member engaged in Institute studies, you may sit any of the Institute’s three APA/CIP exam sessions during the year, with your textbook and examination fees reduced by 50%.
